I cannot thank Channelle enough for her most incredible kindness. I was in desperation about our long haired 14.5 year old cat who'd got her fur in a real mess through having been poorly. We tried our best to clean her up but she became so stressed. On 23rd December I rang Bryonyhill and Channelle was SO kind and although she had finished for Christmas she didn't want poor Susie to wait in her state so kindly washed, groomed and dried her on Christmas Eve to make her more comfortable. Such exceptional kindness (Susie has never been to a groomer and was very frightened) I simply cannot thank Channelle and her young helper enough for such compassion and care. 100 per cent recommend Bryonyhill.. Thank you so much

Before my cat Frodo passed away last year, he was going to Sue for grooming. He was an anxious but lovable soul and Sue did her upmost to make him feel comfortable. He’d always come home super happy, smelling beautifully and looking fresh. This time around my Bengal cat Mila will soon be introduced to Sue, you can trust Sue with your life. She’s a phenomenal lady!

5* We have tried a few Catteries before but haven’t been away for a few years for various reasons so this is the first time she has been in one for about 6 years beside the Vets having treatment for hypothyroidism 2 years ago. So we were worried she would remember that time. Plus Our Isabella is a very fussy devil whenever she goes away she either looses a lot of weight or comes home with a urine infection. This time she came home with her fur looking in pristine condition and in fine health but wandering around the house making a fuss crying and telling us off . Not hiding like she usually does. Will definitely be using again.

So pleased to see Sue today. Buttercup's nails were getting very long and in the way of her living her quiet, but happy retirement life. Sue was kind and caring and those nails were sorted out in a few minutes. We are looking forward to seeing Sue again when the weather is warmer to thin her coat and give relief from hairballs.

This was Pandoras first stay at the Cattery. She is an indoor rescue cat and very nervous. She was clearly well looked after as she returned to us in a very happy state and she had benefitted from being groomed which we could never do ourselves. Thank you for an excellent service.

Bryony Hill Cattery was recommended to me by a friend and today my cat Mikko was collected by Sue and taken for a pampering day. He came home smelling fresh and clean with a beautifully soft shiny coat plus wonderfully clipped nails (so no more shredded curtains!) Sue said he was relaxed while there - a sure sign that he felt safe and comfortable so I’ll definitely book him in again.

Mistie has stayed at Bryonyhill a number of times now and I can't fault the service provided. Most recently she stayed for two weeks. During that time photos and updates were sent, keeping me updated on how she was getting on.

We left our cat Odin with Sue & family for 10 days while we went on holiday we messaged Sue to make sure Odin was happy and enjoying his stay and Sue replied later that day with up dates and photos think this is amazing and very professional with Sue and price was reasonable we will definitely be using her again when we go away hopefully by then we would of mastered fetch with him for Sue and family lol thank you so much and see you soon

My cat Charlie has been coming to Bryonyhill for a few years now but I did not realise Sue also groomed cats so this time I booked him in for a wash and brush up too and I was delighted with the result, I hardly recognised him! He seemed just as happy and relaxed as always after he came home but had a much smoother appearance and all the loose coat was gone. Really pleased.

Absolutely amazing service. I brought my Persian in looking for some help with her back legs as my cat is quite nervous and not used to being groomed, I was almost as nervous as she was. Absolutely great job and gave some great advice for keeping my kitty knot free and happy going forward. Having, at a previous cattery we used, had a very bad experience we were a little worried that Tilly would not settle in any cattery. However Tilly loves staying with Sue and gets thoroughly spoilt during her stay. She always comes back looking incredibly shiny, sleek, groomed and generally like she has been on a fab holiday and that's why Tilly keeps coming back to visit.

The Cattery is beautiful, Sue works very hard to make sure her feline charges are happy during their stay. They have lots to do in their lovely cottages and have a great outdoor run for exercise. She can also groom and pamper them to send them home looking fabulous.

I'm so glad we found this little gem for our beloved Bob (bobcat) to spend his holidays.... Bob must be the most nervous cat in the world but not here, oh no, he just loves it and always seems so relaxed when we collect him. Thank You Sue for looking after Bob and loving him as though he is your own while he is in your care, knowing Bob is relaxed and comfortable and being looked after is so reassuring.
